Immigration Attorney - Full Time

What you will be doing:

• Provide legal advice on immigration law matters.

• Represent clients in asylum or removal proceedings.

• Prepare and file legal documents such as legal memoranda, briefs, appeals, and motions.

• Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on complex issues.

• Provide frequent case updates to clients.

• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of the Bar Association.

Experience you will need:

• A minimum of one year of experience in immigration law

• A minimum of one year of experience in asylum or removal proceedings

• Admitted to practice law in any state in the US

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Experience with handling a high volume of cases
