Senior Attorney (Personal Injury) - Full-time

Location: Dallas, TX

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

• 7+ years of personal injury experience.

• Ability to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket.

• Superior analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience.

• Bilingual.

Job Description

• Handle a high-volume litigation docket.

• Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process.

• Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case.

• Depose parties facts and expert witnesses.

• Draft and argue motions in court.

• Work within a fast-paced environment.

• Work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and travel occasionally for trial or pre-trial requirements.

• Serve as First or Second Chair in trials.
