Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• 4-6 years of experience practicing law.

• Experience with first-party property insurance.

• Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance matters.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.

• Manage a diverse caseload of first-party property insurance cases.

• Engage with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties in negotiations.

• Represent clients in court proceedings.

• Provide clear and concise legal advice to policyholders.

• Review insurance policies, claim documentation, correspondence, and related materials.

• Collaborate with a team of experts, attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
