Workers Compensation & Subrogation Attorney - Full-time

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney.

• Member of the State Bar of California.

• Superior research, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Commitment to proactive case management.

• Clear and conceptual thinking ability.

• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and analysis skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Description

• Defend client companies in workers' compensation cases.

• Provide legal counsel and representation throughout all stages of litigation.

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Collaborate with support staff, medical professionals, and experts to build strong cases.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.

• Stay up-to-date with legal trends, regulations, and case law related to workers' compensation.
