Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the Florida State Bar and admission to practice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Minimum of 2-5 years of overall legal practice with a strong focus on litigation.

1-2 years of specific experience practicing in federal court, preferably with a focus on personal injury defense.

Proven success in managing and litigating federal cases.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Job Description

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury defense matters in federal court, especially within the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, overseeing all case management aspects.

Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant federal laws, regulations, and precedents.

Maintain regular communication with clients, informing them about case developments, strategies, and potential outcomes.

Represent clients in federal court proceedings.

Engage in settlement negotiations when appropriate.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of legal strategies.
