Experience you will need:

• Hands-on experience in patent prosecution.

• Authorized to represent clients before the USPTO in patent and trademark matters.

• A STEM background, with at least a bachelor's degree.

• Registered to practice before the USPTO.

• 3 or more years of patent prosecution experience.

• A balanced mixture of confidence and humility.

• Willing to help the firm grow.
