Required Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Job Description
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships, serving as the primary contact for all workers' compensation-related inquiries.
- Oversee the management and administration of workers' compensation policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewal.
- Collaborate closely with claims adjusters and clients to facilitate the claims process, offering guidance and assistance as required.
- Perform risk assessments to evaluate clients' workers' compensation exposures and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Educate clients on workers' compensation regulations, industry best practices, and compliance requirements through tailored training sessions and informative materials.
- Review workers' compensation policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices, conducting regular audits to identify areas for enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workers' compensation, analyzing trends, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to clients' workers' compensation programs, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and management as needed.
