Civil Litigation Defense Attorney - Full-time

Required Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of experience in first or third-party litigation.

• Defense experience.

• Must be a member of the Florida Bar or be sworn in shortly.

• Excellent and effective communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Job Description

• Support the growth of the civil litigation defense department.

• Handle a caseload from inception up through trial.

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
