Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).

• State licensure as a School Social Worker.

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Knowledge of child development and behavior management strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Provide emotional, social, and academic support to students.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address issues affecting student performance.

• Respond to crises and provide appropriate interventions and support.

• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies to help students succeed.

• Identify and refer students and families to appropriate community resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate records and document all counseling sessions and interventions.
